They dont check or test anything. They won't pay any more than a gas station, but want you ASE certified. There is no loyalty especially in the Indianapolis market. They have to just stack people in faster than they run them off. I would go to Walmart or Mc Donald's first.

I received my background check and under the MVR Report it says failed. I have nothing to keep me from being hired concerning that. They said I'm ineligible but no reason why and what based their decision. The background check company is First Advantage and I've never seen such a unorganized report in all my 30 years of background checks. It makes absolutely no sense.

I have a career, but I worked for ADVANCE for 9 years and honestly I would go back. Only because I enjoyed what I did. The pay was ok but the store I worked at had lifers. It was a good store to start at and it was good as long as you kept your personal business to yourself.

If you are being considered for a driving position, they will run an MVR check at their expense. 3 years clean driving is a must. ANY suspension of your license, even if for administrative reasons will disqualify you from driving
