Management and partial commercial parts pro sits around so the new people also follow that. Seemed very racist here! And DMS don't care either

They don't want to pay based on performance,and promotions like i was told it wasn't a matter of time with company but a matter of how quick u can learn and apply yourself t store operations.

The pay is horrible! Wal-Mart and dillons pay more! A.c./heated jobs that are not nearly as physically demanding pay more. Management says raises are coming and never do. Constant lies!

Advance has changed in the past two years in austin tx. GM's that have had 20 to 30 years have left for better paying jobs. But in reality and in defense of those who have an exceptional work ethic, this company does treat people very unfairly. If you have a complaint you'd better have collaborating co -workers, or a camera to record what your complaint is about. Senior employees with years of service, loyalty, self preservation will not back you up. Its a good ol'boy mentality.

They do kick the disabled and age down to dirt use you them figure out how to run you off to keep you from advanceing within the company stay away run run run

Extremely low pay and hiring process for full-time is insane since it's all done through a temp agency, not offering hope of being hired on. In the Roanoke, VA area, one of the main corporate offices, people at Sheetz and Walmart make more thus, people are leaving to work at these places because voices arent heard yet, money is being made somewhere.
