The company recently fired everyone who made the most hourly. The kept people who made less and were often times way less competent. They are planning on rehiring at $15. This is a garbage company with no morals.
Does company offer a fixed schedule? Example: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm or is the schedule random?
There is no set schedule except for overnighters, the company isn’t pro family life / family & work life balancing, they are only concerned about making money , bottom line tellers aren’t treated fairly when it comes to their needs as stated in training ( they don’t work with your family needs)
I have dyed hair and Tattoos - is this something I will have to change if I begin working with Advance Financial?
Advance Financial sorry to say but please get with the times. Having tattoos doesn't equal lack of professionalism. Whether your employees tattoos are covered up or not they are still employees so why make them hide it? Most of your clients btw have tattoos. Inked nurses and other tattooed professionals can finally roll up their sleeves at Indiana University

It depends on the store that you are assigned to and the day of the week. Busier days of the week you may work 9-11 hours for that day, but mostly are scheduled 8 hour shifts. If you would like to pick up hours or work more, it is available.
If you are offered a job, you will be required to pay off the loan before your first day. Having a loan with advance financial doesn’t make you unable to get the job. Just had to be paid before first day
The work environment is fun. It can be super busy and taxing at times, but when you work with great people, it is a breeze. Management is great! They are definitely here for YOU! Yes they need to make sure goals are met and procedures are followed, but they are always there to guide and have a good time too! The culture at AF is a lot better than many companies I have worked for.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Advance Financial a better place to work?
Not do mass lay-offs with no notice, dont pick and choose whose bills and families are more important and if you want to pride yourself on a service mission such as "friends helping friends" jeep that in mind when you get ready to screw your employees then maybe dont screw them. There is too many programs to help companies struggling right now to have treated your loyal employees with such disrespect and treated them like garbage that you use to help the company then just kick them to the curb when times get hard instead of utilizing some of the options that the government has made readily available for businesses during this time.
It is 24/7 and if you are salary you are expected to work AS MANY hours as you are needed beyond the expected amount. If you are off, expect to be called and have to come in.
