The parent company was once a thriving and fun place to work in the 1980's and 1990's, but has gone through a lot of changes in the last 10+ years. Knowing the difficulty the industry is going through, I can't blame the company, but the changes don't make the employees feel as secure as it once did.

The industry has seen a consistent decline causing periodic layoffs and managerial transitions, creating an uncertain and toxic environment for employees. The benefits and paid holidays/PTO/flexible work schedule are really good.

There's a lot of opportunity to learn new technologies. Nice office space up in the sky. Unlimited coffee. Lots of really good local restaurants for lunch. Choose your own desktop/laptop.

A good place to work, the dress is casual and it's a friendly environment. I enjoy this location much more than when it was located in Newark. The people here are great.
