Checked e-mails and updated insurance adjusters on the status of claims submitted or assigned. Wrote up supplemental settlement letters and answered customer service calls. The small environment made it a comfortable place to work with friendly and approachable employees. The hardest part of my job was dealing with customers if I didn't have the answer to their questions and also initially having to learn a new industry.
