The manager doesn’t know how to manage and that’s why she has such a high turn over rate . I mean what kind of manager would leave on a two week vacation after hiring a new person and then not training them fully .The supervisor doesn’t know hardly anything about her job so good luck getting help from her.
I love working with great staff, were all team player. I like the business and the great patients. I learned how to managed desk alone with high volume of phones and patients coimng in. The place is very busy and stressfull but it keeps yiu bust. Hardest part is keeping the speed flowing.
Although I was only here temporarily, I learned so much about being a medical assistant. This job prepared me enough to start working in the real world. I was hired temporarily after I finished my internship until another employee came back from vacation. It was a great time being there.
great doctors with the most caring and honest doctors you will ever meet I am proud to be an employee yet its time for me to advance myself. I learned major things and gain so much knowledge of skin cancer and tx that it will be sad to leave yet with my education and back round its time to move on!
ok place to work, try it for your self, and youll see why am not adding too much positive reviews, the place use to be a nice environment to work , but as management change so did the office and its environment
Very stressful job. As a front desk receptionist, I was overworked and blamed for things that I didn't do. The management is poor; there's no order. The patients are nasty and complain due to the chaos. Half of the employees are nice and half are all drama. At least I had good benefits though.
