Pay wasn't right...long days 5am to 6pm...40 hrs pay is better than 60 on the hr...Trucks were ragedy, all the good trucks were taken.. drive cam on you all day and just knowing the pay sucks...It's alot of trash to be picked up...30 min lunch but don't expect to take it but it will come out your chest....They pay more on the weekend but if you hit 60 hrs by Friday don't expect to work...you probably wouldn't feel like it anyway..
As a rolloff driver i was expected to haul self contained compactors that were several tons overweight and the trucks are just JUNK
I'm still employed and love what I do. Been doing it 16yrs but management will be the reason several long time drivers leave.
I gave a 2 week notice, and they did not accept it. Let me go on the spot.
Was fired i was injured while serving for the united states army reserve i had surgery to fix the issue while on recovery i was terminated so do not get hurt outside of work and if you get hurt make sure it is not service related aka USAR it dose not matter if you served in the military you have no job protection
Lied to me about pay.. won't fix the trucks.. have a camera on you all day then wright you up for answering dispatch while driving with hands free bluetooth..to play to drive in heat with no air
