They pay well and are very open to personal needs but the culture of backbiting and finger pointing is hard to get past. Some departments seem to operate solely on the basis of whomever points a finger last gets the blame. The upper levels of management have made seriously questionable "big picture" decisions that have left the company with what appears to be a major drop in market share of sales revenue. Also many employees complain about serious workplace safety issues but the company "cannot afford" to replace dangerous equipment.
