For hourly employees, 1 week the first year. Sounds great except those 5 days are gone if you get sick or if there is a snow storm. And, holidays are VERY sparse. After New Years, Memorial Day is the next holiday.

Potential raise after yearly review. However, the "increase" in pay is a joke. Bottom line, don't get your hopes up. You will always be at the level and pay of your hire in.
