Administrative Assistant, Part-time (Current Employee) –  Washington, DCNovember 30, 2012
The major attraction to Advancement Project is the high energy expended to serve oppressed, under served persons in the fight for civil rights

The agency boast a diverse staff and provides activities/events to create team synergy, with good employee response

A professional environment that allows staff to spread their wings by utilizing individuals talents/skills and precise background experience

I enjoyed the high energy, team-building and ability to work independently.

Great administrative management
Pros
flexible work schedule
Cons
low market salary rates, understaffed; no retirement benefits
