QCL Supervisor (Current Employee) – Frankford PA – March 9, 2018
Lab, chemist, however, may have limited opportunity to grow. Safety, Quality Delivery, Inventory & Cost is the main matrices used to set the daily goal and the use of RPS tools help to return the situation to standard. Our daily tier meeting system is very effective and help to meet set targets for the day, week and month. Leadership in the union environment may be stuff however we always find a common ground to complete our jobs daily.
Employee (Current Employee) – Virginia – December 6, 2017
AdvanSix came about from the Spin-off of the Resins and Chemicals division of Honeywell. Post spin the company has tried to return to the operating culture of the pre Honeywell day of Allied Signal. The problem is that most of the management that wants to return to the "good old days" didn't actually work for Allied Signal during those days and can't seem to shake off their Honeywell ways.

Winder Operator (Former Employee) – Pottsville, PA – January 30, 2017
Excellent job pay. Health benefits have a high deductible. Swing shift is terrible. Floor employees attitudes are sub par. Administration is top notch, beside the fact of it being slow. Extremely safety oriented. Overall i would say it is one of the best factories to work in Schuylkill County.
