Those who schedule events for each club need to visit the club and get a better perspective on what we do. Each club is different, different age groups, diverse groups and they respond differently to each and every event specialist. The instructions given for each event leave little to be desired. Enhancements need to be seen differently. This will only happen if they are visited by those who order the events to be handled. They sit in their desks and don't have a clue.

I would recommend the CEO and other top management. To go out into the market and into the stores. And greet their employees! I worked for advantage 42 years received a Gatorade shirt. Which by the way what is a woman's large.just shows you what they know about their employees!

Always make time to visit and hold team meetings for your company employs. Listen to their complaints, you not be able to handle all of them but it makes difference take time to hear them.
