Those who schedule events for each club need to visit the club and get a better perspective on what we do. Each club is different, different age groups, diverse groups and they respond differently to each and every event specialist. The instructions given for each event leave little to be desired. Enhancements need to be seen differently. This will only happen if they are visited by those who order the events to be handled. They sit in their desks and don't have a clue.
