I have been with them 3 years after crossmark pulled out! This company is garbage! they dont send out demos still Friday and we went from 4 and five days to two...also they are doing all the demos for the season at the end of the month so the first 2 weeks you get nothing, and the last 2 weeks you work 7-14 days to compensate. There are 3 leaving our team because of this !!!

They cut my hourly compensation from $18 to $12.50. Insulting, especially after 8 years of service.

Many reasons, but it boiled down to the hours. 12:30-6:30 mostly, unless you’re doing an alcohol event. But that’s your whole day. And it’s usually weekends. I couldn’t do it anymore. I also want to add that they don’t really have it together. This is supposed to be a marketing company. You think they’d have more common sense than to do a perfume demo on Super Bowl Sunday. They also ask you to travel but don’t pay for mileage unless it’s over 40 miles. I did it for a little while, but had to stop because it wasn’t worth the gas. My boss has been pretty great but sometimes she won’t even get back to me. I wouldn’t recommend making a career out of this place, but it’s not too bad.

Laid off and company change ownership again.Upper manager now sucks at the company they are all about making a name for themselves. There's no advancement there you drive your car until it die with high mileage in a territory and the pay is low. Run, dont apply there.

I was a retail merchandiser with this poor poor excuse for a company for 4 years. Never did I receive a raise. I had 8 supervisors in 4 years. When supervisors were fired or quit, any chance you had went out the door with them.

You are not appreciated AT ALL! You are a being that can can get the incompleted jobs off of the supervisors schedules, that’s it- just a being.

The supervisory staff is full of lying, egotistical, pieces of stuff, who will do anything to save their own rears when it comes down to it.

Just be forewarned. Try if you must to have a different experience, but it is all the same in the end.
