Didn't mind the hours it was just the job is very repetative and is a workout, cleaning molds for 2 and 3 hours at a time without a break is rough on the body

Product production services (Former Employee) –  KC NeenahOctober 27, 2017
They treat employees like cattle: keep them in the corral and poke em with a hot iron if they get too close to the fence. Fire them if they show any signs of intelligence cos there’s always more suckers out there.
I busted my backside for over a year at PPS in Neenah. Last week, I was in a terrible car accident and cannot work. Although Advantage has a written note from my physician, they terminated my employment. Bottom line; they truly don’t care about anyone.
Cons
No benefits. Cold, uncaring staff.

Consumer Product Packaging Associate (Current Employee) –  Neenah, WIOctober 19, 2017
There are a few nice, friendly people, but the majority of employees are snarky, backstabbing, gossipy drama queens. They are very "cliquey" and act like a bunch of mean cheerleaders. They love nothing more than to get people in trouble. Management is aware but does nothing about it. The pay is terrible, and the benefits are laughable. They also neglect to mention during the interview that there are frequent layoffs and there is no paid time off for the "talent", as they call us, even for holidays (management gets paid). I've worked some awful jobs in my life, but this has to be one of the worst. I'm hoping I won't have to be there much longer.
Pros
Clean facility, nice lunch room. First shift, weekends off.
Cons
No paid time off. Low wages. Gossipy, backstabbing co-workers. Terrible management.

The job was not bad, but the pay was not where it should be. The job was more stressful and demanding than what the pay compensated for. Over all a good place with great workers.

Overall a good job that requires the right attitude in order to excel (like any other job). There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you intend to make the most of it.

Help students with lesson plans, I learned firsthand what teachers encounter daily. Management and co-workers were very helpful, The hardest part was getting students attention. The best part was seeing the students excitement when they completed lessons they did not think possible without their regular teacher
