It depends on your position. Most positions have to work one late night a week, I believe all locations are open late on Thursday night currently. All the centers are closed on Sundays. They rotate the people that work on Saturdays & it is usually a short day. Union employees have a slightly different schedule. Most of the primary care providers rotate Saturdays. How often one would have to work a Saturday would depend on how many providers are at that location.

For the R.N.- HR will contact you in order to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was approximately 15 minutes long. They ask routine questions (I actually cannot recall but basic questions nothing very technical). If all goes well they will tell you about the openings & you can decide which position you would like to interview for. Next step is an on site interview with the nurse manager, the practice administrator & possibly the assistant nurse manager (if they can spare the time). This was actually pretty informal for me as it seemed that they had decided to hire me pretty quickly. Next HR will contact you with an offer. Good luck!
