This was a good company to get started in HVAC, I had a trainer who wanted to rush me in getting finished because he had other things to do after work and this made things frustrating for me, however I would say a very good company to work for.

Great place for growth!

Advent is such a great place to work! The people and the culture make work fun and enjoyable. I have learned so much from being here and have grown as a professional. All the managers and employees are great and always willing to help with anything. We are truly one big family here and I love that it is more than just a show up, do your job, and go home type of workplace.

Place to get a paycheck while looking for a better job.

Management has no clue about managing. Several people working in the front office dont have the sense that God gave a goose. Speaking of, there was alot of wild goose chases and several times my time was wasted due to nobody knowing what was going on.

I loved working for Advent and I was sad to have to leave (moving across country). If I could’ve taken it with me I would have in a heartbeat. The staff was supportive, personable, and professional. Management would always stand by me on any issues regarding a job. Top five best places to work. Thank you guys.

A quality driven company. They gave me a lot of chances to advance. They are on top of new technology. They have a great group of people working for. them.

Easy job. Not enough hours.

Easy job. Not enough hours. Owners and Managers don't care about field workers. Pay is decent. If you want to work 40 hours a week or even close. Forget it.

Great Place to Work

I really hated leaving this company. The coworkers were amazing and it was a great work atmosphere. They really cared about all the customers that used their services.
