Too many managers and not enough staff. Unfair bullying by management. Too short staffed. Forced to pick up call and work over my shift frequently. No raises. No incentive to stay with the company.
Terrible department management; favoritism and ability to bully and create issues if they want you gone.
Terrible benefits... if you use our own hospital, you still pay an enormous bill.
