Depends on the location and the position you are applying for. I applied on a Thursday, got a call from a recruiter the next day, requested references via email survey. 5 references are required (2 previous/current management) . The email survey is confidential, so you won’t see the response that your references put. I got a call to set up an interview the next day. Was told at the interview that I’d know within 48hrs, Be it a yes or a no.
I was referred by a friend that already worked there. I submitted my application and was interviewed within the week.

The hiring process was about 1.5 months. Slow moving process. It takes time for HR to get a hold of you and lots of telephone tagging. Drug screen, background check, references, etc. The internal transfer process is no better. Done both
It takes about 1 - 1 1/2 months to hire someone.

No real time frame. HR doesn't move quickly and they never promote within. There are better hospitals to work for

Months because they use an offsite department that handles all HR. Extremely disorganized!
