Atypical day started early with report and bedside handover. Every tool they have in place is for a reason and patient satisfaction, and these tools work. I Loved working at Advent Health, they are an excellent well run organization

Worked there 15 years. Loved the culture. Pay was too low even for Florida. Its sad that hospital would rather lose good nurses than offer raises but spend hundreds if not millions on travelers

The position has a high turnover rate I completely understand why. The position can be strrssful 85% of the time. The nurses, supervisor, and teamleads can be a little rude. You work independently but held accountable for wkrk assigned to you daily.
