AAM is an investment distribution firm and has a variety of legacy-structured wholesaling teams. You will learn a lot about the markets at AAM and you can make great money at this firm if you can make your way to the top of a sales team and manage to stay in that role for a while. Many top producers at AAM are so simply through attrition and by inheriting - more ... top accounts as other salesman cycle through the firm. AAM suffers from poor mid-level management.
