Individuals joining this team need to be prepared to work in a high matrix environment (accountable to a variety of leaders and stakeholders). In addition, you must be willing to go above and beyond to accomplish objectives while also leveraging a cross-team approach to get work done. This is not an organization (Trinity specifically) that you work in a silo; be prepared to do 'other duties as assigned'. If you are open to reaching across departments and sometimes working beyond of your scope of duties (within reason) then you will fit in well.
