You are terrible to the people who keep Your company running, change the way You treat people before Karma bites You in the butt.
HR promises to return uniform deposits and doesn't keep their word. Make sure your HR people are treating guards fairly. Some guards are written up for reasons others aren't. Pay holiday pay for hours between midnight the day of the holiday and midnight the next day. That is what other companies do and that is fair.
Appreciate your good people and don't take them for granted. Monitor how you Command Center are talking to your guards. Some are not professional.
Take a week off and reevaluate your life.
