I enjoy what I do but would much rather do something else. There really isn't much job security also.

Can sometimes have unrealistic expectations. Give more work but expected to keep same productivity levels. Management doesn’t always communicate effectively.

90% Productivity standardsConstant review and scrutiny of productivity. Time was waisted worrying about productivity when time and effort should be spent on quality care to patients. SNF had poor ratings. Felt like a number as an employee. .
Rehab Director, PTA in Wisconsin

Management demands high productivity, which forces therapists to work "off the clock" to finish documentation. While I was with the company there were not sufficient computers to allow timely access for note writing. The management disregards therapist input as to appropriate POC for individual patients strongly encouraging higher paying treatment codes.
Director of Rehabilitation in West Virginia

Great company to work with they care about their employees . Pay is competitive, they over a lot of education for their employees . They are always ahead of the game of educating their staff on new changes.
