Operations Specialist in Arlington, VA

I enjoy what I do but would much rather do something else. There really isn't much job security also.
Restorative Aide/CNA in West Plains, MO
on November 20, 2022
COTA, OT, PT, PTA, & SLP were life-changing to work with. I cannot thank them enough. It was the best experience of my life. The Nursing home we contracted to were more interested in money, than the quality of their resident's recovery process.
Counselor in Atascadero, CA
on November 19, 2022
Good management but very clicky environment. You learn very quickly if this is a career for you and the high turnover is telling of how overworked each counselor is. The counselors are not really held accountable for doing badly and the patients at a majority do not care for counseling. Discouraging if you plan of making a difference or want a good pay.
Occupational Therapy Assistant in Sartell, MN
on November 18, 2022
Great teams, demanding productivity from management. flexible schedule. inconsistent hours/caseload. Float to other locations for hours. inconsistent reimbursement for travel/miles
Occupational Therapy Assistant in Atlanta, GA
on November 17, 2022
Pay was reduced two times and haven't had a raise in three years. They have unrealistic productivity goals and when you met them, they'll set it higher. Most of the therapist have been trampled on and wants out of therapy because of their practices.
