I worked 3 and half years for aegis and got 1 3% raise. My co -workers who had worked longer than I were upset to find out I got a raise because they hadnt had one since before I came
Aegis Therapies only concern is the number of patients on the case load and making sure they get more minutes. They care less about their employees well being. The only reason I’ve stayed is because if the team work with my co-workers and the residents I’ve grown to love.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Aegis Therapies a better place to work?
Reduce overhead. No reason to have managers managing managers that manage managers.
Are the Occupational Therapy Assistant jobs travel contract positions or permanent. I'm looking at travel positions that's why I ask.
There are permanent positions.
Mine doesn’t. All computer time and phone calls. Pretty much a paperpusher and a taskmaster.
It is manageable. It isn’t that different from any other company. They don’t complain about taking PTO
