Float between multiple buildings within 50 miles to get hours, hours are flexible, no holidays off, no holiday pay unless you use already approved PTO time, mandatory weekend rotations.
At most locations, your start time is flexible, as long as you complete seeing the patients on your schedule. There are some customers (facilities) that dictate start and end times. As previously stated, no extra pay for holiday work. At my facility, I offer my staff to work either the Sunday before or the Saturday after a holiday if they're not taking PTO.
Flexible as long as you get your caseload finished, you can make your own hours with DOR approval.
