Never seen a penny raise..in fact...reviews come and go with no mention of raises. This year..company took away 2 vacation days from all staff therapists . There is no progression. What pay rate you come in at...is where you will be at when you leave

I've been there 3 years have yet to receive a raise. DOR states "raises are unavailable at this time ", yet last conversation (2 weeks ago) with AVP, AVP answered with raises are available per DOR initiation. Even if you are the only one who can do the DOR job when they are absent, your efforts and accountability is not recognized.

SLP who worked for 5 years and compensation were never given at annual reviews. AD and upper management state that there is a freeze on raises. This was 2010-2015.
