stressful in-effective but a good place for a therapist intern to be thrown in to the deep end

unethical and poorly managed but a necessary service for opioid addicted community members. underpaid staff stressed with large caseloads, but good people trying to get through with their dignity. it felt like a money making machine not a therapeutic treatment center. Not evidence based at all, but made to look like it. The bottom line would look - more ... different if they actually paid to create the services they offer on their website. Most "clinicians" are not well trained. - less
