Nice co-workers but management and training is poor- set up for failure

Typical day at work is emails & RFQ's. My co-workers were very nice and helpful, however management and training were lacking. Training was focused on the company and process and little to no training on the Quantum computer system.
Durning my interview I was told there is a 3-6 month learning curve and I was only given 45 days before being let - more... go. And that was right at the point I finally felt like I was just getting things down and understanding my daily tasks and feeling more confident on the RFQ's.
