HR is a joke. They don't take employee complaints seriously. Aeroflow may have fastest growing company award but ask them how many of those people hired still work there. Average time for new hires is 6 Months. Either you quit bc of bullies for bosses or voted off the island for standing your ground. RUN!

Our PTO is an accrual policy based on tenure. Below is a chart that determines when you accrue, the rate per pay period, and the annual total. We also have 7 paid holidays that are separate from PTO, as well as paid community service days after 1 year of employment.

Work environment is cut throat. Young managers don't know corporate etiquette. It's like working at a fast food joint or being in high school. Its a lot of He say she say mess or telling lies to get ppl they are intimated by fired.
