Management is lacking structure, vision, strategy and competitiveness. No emphasis on attainable/specific goal or target. Appears desperate, constantly trying to match competitors. Ego. Too small for politics. Stagnant growth in business.Mediocre talent in management. Does not support internal growth of talent.
