I was called and without the hr representative even asking if I was free to talk I was being phone interviewed. The hr on the phone was blatantly rude toward my answers I had to give on the spot while I was in my car in a parking lot! It felt like she just wanted to get through the interview so she could love on. Found the process unprofessional and ironic coming from a recruitment company.

I applied online with Aerotek for a few openings and within a week I was called to schedule a telephone interview. Next was a face to face interview with Aerotek. A week later a face to face interview with Titlesource. A week later I was offered the job which was to begin in Dec 2016 but I applied in Oct 2016 but happily accepted the job offer.
