Fast pace, friendly environment

The office I worked in was brutal. I worked as a recruiter. I worked 11-12 hour days no exceptions, Monday - Friday and was on call the rest of the time. Our office was very cold culture wise, and you had to be in the right circle to move up. And even working into that group you had to deal with a lot of behind the back talking on others even though our motto is to be upfront with one another. Good learning experience but tough to do long term.
It varied per office, Fitting in with the culture would determine if you got to keep your job. The environment was a call center/ office environment.
