Poor managed company no follow up after interview very bad coaching

Very poor managed company recruiter follow up half star very poor communication on positions fitting profile most all follow up and chasing down recruiter to get simple answers wouldn’t recommend to work for Aerotek period.

The workplace culture at Aerotek was teamwork oriented, everyone helped each other when I was there and that was important. Training was also an extremely part of our workplace culture I highly appreciate.

Aerotek was ok to work at when they had jobs!

When aerotek had jobs it was nice place to work at. Pay always on time! (salida).The Bad part is when contracts were up no new jobs line up, To much time between jobs. plus each Aeroteks are seperate agencies no networking! SJ office lots of promisses but no jobs!
