I'm disappointed in the company as a whole. As an employee, the systems are always clocking, the quality of 'tools' for employees to use are cut rate and affect the quality of our work. Because of wide spread system failures we do not meet metrics. Metrics, that's another story. If I could change just one thing to make the day better it would the quality of our computer/phone system. Once that's resolved (unlikely, it's not a priority) then we'll talk about the other things that need fixing.

The whole experience that I had was really good. I applied for the customer service representative remote job but instead of helping customers I would deal directly with the doctors and physicians. I applied online and did a virtual interview. The interview took about an hour and it was a lot of scenario questions like what would you do if this happen. Also a lot of tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer or tell me when you had to show leadership. Things like that. Waiting to hear back from them but the people I interviewed with were kind and easy to feel comfortable around.
