it's a job ...not a career
Written by Dealer Sales Representative (Former Employee) from Union, NJ on January 18, 2019
I worked for Affiliated for almost 4 years before I left. I started out in dispatch and was able to transfer to dealer services dept within a year. Affiliated is definitely not a career option; look at it for what it is....a job, nothing more. I have seen the greatest supervisors leave this place and be replaced with subpar, incompetent replacements. - more... the work environment is nothing more than a high school; everyone gossips about each other....even the supervisors.
The most annoying thing about Affiliated is they expect you to come to work not matter what; snow storms, hurricanes, STATE OF EM ... - less
Prosfree lunches, coworkers
Consbenefits, short lunch, management
