The Raleigh Call center is awful. They have there cliques in there beware. They will smile in your face and act kind but they are not

Each practice is owned by the dentist. Ultimately, it's up to him/her. Just as with any other dental practice, you have to interview the doctor at YOUR interview. It's more like private practice than other "corporate" dental jobs, but with much better benefits.

The company does not have a good rep because it's all about the money and under staffed clinic employees are worked in very stressful conditions. The scheduling is overwhelming and patients walk out due to the wait. The doctor gets overwhelmed and difficult to deal with. It's a great concept but with unrealistic expectations and a lot of turnover. The future for the employees is bleak.
