Hello, Thank you for your question! Salary increases are largely determined by tenure and consistent performance on an asset. Additionally, AFI is proud to offer our staff several, monthly performance-based bonus opportunities in addition to three paid sick days per year with a fully employer-paid ancillary benefits package.

For salaried employees, salary payroll is deposited once per month with any earned incentives from the prior month paid on the 20th of the current month (November incentives, paid December 20th). Hourly employees are paid twice per month on the 5th and 20th.

All AFI employees are allotted three sick days per year as well as given a week of PTO after six months followed by another week after one year. Additional PTO hours are earned following further tenure milestones (2-4 weeks per year).
