Hire felons people change
I'm not sure there is much you can do. The department I work for is one that gets a lot of hate from its own customers.
Fire all of the leadership because they are snakes and are running the business into the ground.
Higher wage, slower training
I would make the job as comfortable for everyone.
Get more people on the floor to help the CSR's w/questions in a friendly in adequate manner.
Hire floor walkers for bgco on every team. When escalated calls come in if we ask for supervisor we should get a supervisor.
I'd keep it just as it is
Honestly just a better understanding of struggles while working.
I would work hand in hand with all the employees for the betterment of the company
