This company needs to look at the present anb the future. People need to paid a fair wage for what they do. Consider the cost of inflation, and the cost of living. You know it's a bad wage, when Walmart pays there employees 13.00 dollars a hour. In closing, pay people a fare wage, and benefits, and they will work hard for you. That's a fact!!!

Definitely provide some form of counseling for all technicians or an experienced individual in that Arena to talk to them if they have any emotional issues due to their employment

It seems like Aftermath is ALWAYS looking for help.
Maybe if you hire the right person willing to work and do an excellent job, you wouldn't have to keep hiring and finding those who really want a job.

I would hire ex felons who have been in prison over 15 to 20 years, and know about OSHA, CALOSHA, CHEMICALS, and who's core beliefs mesh with the company.

Provide proper knowledgeand, techniques and materials to associates. Provide work phone to associates. Allow free flowing communication among assocates and staff. If someone is busy or sick they should be able to be replaced.

Set hours and give a bounes to hard working employees. A 24/7 can have people with set hours. Everyone dies , I'm sure your company would keep people longer
