Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
small company (~100 people in brussels). Friendly people and fun atmoshphere. very flat structure, so not a lot of opportunities to move up in the hierarchy

Changed beyond all reconition

Was a decent employer until taken over since then there have been many redundancies across the board sad to see was once a company that valued its employees now it has all changed preports to values but really means absolutely nothing at all huge salaries for some and extremely low salaries for shift workers expectations are far too high for the salary. Sickness high due to stress and high turnover of staff due to pay and conditions. Team supervisors have not the relevant skills to manage and unfortunately this is clear.

Pros

Nothing really

Cons

Micromanagement

Not a career choice or path

OK for someone just leaving school as you are treated as a statistic more than an employee. Toilet breaks and every second you were off the phones are counted, and if you are even a minute over they will add it up over the month, then you will have a meeting about it at the end with the accumulated minutes. If you are longer than 2 minutes in the toilet, on your return you will be asked what you were doing in the toilet and why you were there for so long. Everyone is treated different depending on your job description. You were treated as a child. Was even degrading when a supervisor was in their 20's and thought they could talk down to someone in their 50's as if they were beneath them. If you wore a skirt it would be measured on how short it was with a ruler as there were rules on length. But if you were a manager or they liked you, you would wear a skirt up to their behind and it would be OK. Just not a nice place to work for the amount which is expected of you. Felt more like a concentration camp.

Great place to work

I was given the opportunity to advance rapidly. Built a new, award winning business model. Developed a team of risk and compliance personnel. Implemented ICAS / ORSA. Very happy

Interesting job but poor management

A lot of variety in the day to day job but management is very reluctant to encourage job growth. Staff seem to rotate and leave the company quite regularly.
