After 5 years with the company I can genuinely say that Ageless values their employees. There is absolutely career growth potential opportunities to be had for the right individuals who have integrity and prioritize quality patient care. Management is great at providing insight and assistance with proper chain of command communication. I have always felt valued and appreciated as an employee within Ageless.

Great work family with areas to move up within the company!!
Clinic Director (Current Employee) - Tempe, AZ - July 16, 2023
I started with Ageless as a PRN RN 7 years ago. I have always loved the people I work with all they way up to the top. I feel like they give you opportunity to grow and develop. The whole company celebrates your victories and picks you if you are in a low spot in life. I have worked bed side for many years and it is a refreshing pace different from the hospital. For anyone who wants to really get to know their patients, Then this is the job for you. Developing leaders and future leaders is very important to the whole company.

Just okay.
Nurse (Former Employee) - New York, NY - July 9, 2023
Middle management is not good. I think the overall company has decent intentions for their employees but it all gets lost when middle management is unprofessional.

Not what it seems
Client Relations Manager (Current Employee) - Mississippi - June 25, 2023
All things are great when they are new and shiny but unfortunately that all goes away pretty quickly. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Everybody wants to be the one in charge or calling the shots but no one really knows what they are doing.

Terrible values
Client Relations Manager (Former Employee) - Phoenix, AZ - June 20, 2023
Terrible management. If you don’t “look the part” good luck. Your work does not speak for itself. Your appearance does. Scottsdale is gossip central. Stay away if you would like to avoid a high school atmosphere.

Easy going environment
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) - Oxnard, CA - March 9, 2023
Fun, fast paced at times. You see your patients routinely so you get to know them very well and really establish rapport. Primary role is giving injections, recognizing side effects, and doing routine blood work. Training is easy to understand and pretty thorough.

Low stress job with great team
RN (Former Employee) - Las Vegas, NV - October 20, 2022
The team in the office is great! The patients are easy to please and the amount of stress compared to the hospital setting is nothing. However, this accounts for the decreased salary and benefits. If you work for this company, remember that what you are getting in a 5-day/wk work week with weekends and holidays off, you are losing in pay and benefits. However you want to look at it, it is what you are trading in for a less stressful career. Also, if you plan on getting pregnant or are looking for paternity leave, you should look more into their per diem positions rather than full-time positions. In my experience, the lack of maternity leave contributes to the high turnover rates.

Poor leadership and zero company acknowledgement
Staff (Former Employee) - Arizona - September 8, 2022
If going to work and coming home is all you care about, this is for you. Do not expect positive affirmation, do not expect to be treated the same as everybody else. There are clicks with leadership and staff who are submissive. Those who have an opinion on anything or challenge leadership are treated poorly. If you are an RN… Do not expect to celebrate your nurses week. As a office manager, do not expect help especially when falling behind in payments and such… The company is all about numbers and profits. Not about helping out employees and what they can do to make the team better or employees happier. They don’t care about patient experience and service. CEOs do not have a clue about the medical aspect of things, it is business, business, business. Would not recommend.

Jobs at Ageless Men's Health
Honestly, save yourself sometime and work somewhere else.
Front Office Manager (Former Employee) - Draper, UT - August 2, 2022
No support from upper management, they will write you up and not let you know, no coaching or anything. Toxic work environment depending on which clinic you work at. They will talk about “opportunities for growth” but that isn’t the case, moving up is entirely up to the owner and if you have enough sales experience. Since the positions arnt really established they don’t really know what they need for them and can’t offer a clear path to transition from one position to another, also if they don’t like you they will make it so you leave. The workload at a busier clinic isn’t manageable. Training is minimal. No what they sell it to be.
Pros
Amazing Patients
Cons
No breaks, lack of support, no real potential for growth.

Wonderful Company!
Administrator (Current Employee) - Scottsdale, AZ - June 13, 2022
Ageless Men's Health is a wonderful company to work for! I have had nothing but great experiences, and love all of the people I have relationships with at the company. I also have a strong connection to the mission of AMH, and the patients are absolutely incredible to work with. Wonderful people!
Pros
Wonderful patients who are looking to improve their health, great people in the company, strong growth and opportunities are always arising
Cons
Small / Medium sized business -- I enjoy it, but it depends on if you prefer a big corporation or not

Great patients , poor upper management.
Client Relations Manager (Former Employee) - Denver, CO - May 18, 2022
Looks like a great company at first. Unfortunately upper management is unsupportive. You will receive no feed back on, coachings or anything. You will literally never now how you are doing or even if you are doing your job correct. They will get rid of you quick without warning. Honestly if this companies upper management was more in involved and helpful it would be amazing. In clinic , you build amazing relationships with clinicians and patients are great!

No Teamwork. None.
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) - Georgia - April 27, 2022
Lots of turnover in less than a year in Georgia. Corporate, have you figured out why yet? If not, here is a little clue… one bad apple spoils the bunch.

Great culture, great patients, and plenty of room to grow!
Clinic Director, Nurse Practitioner (Current Employee) - Woodmere, OH - April 27, 2022
If you are a clinician looking for something more than your standard clock in/clock out hospital position, this is it! You will find meaningful work and meaningful relationships, both with your patients and leadership at Ageless. A lot of room for growth and opportunities far beyond traditional hospital hierarchies!

Engaging and immersive work environment
Client Relations Manager (Current Employee) - New Jersey - April 26, 2022
There is a lot of opportunity to learn and develop business skills. I work along side communicative and productive health workers who are supportive and pleasant to be around. As a single parent Ageless Men's health has allowed me to have a set schedule with a clear work life balance. I no longer go home to do more work. Our facility is inviting and the staff are engaging. Couldn't have have asked for a better balance.
Pros
Team, Pay, and Communication
Cons
There is an initial learning curve

Great place to work
Clinic Director (Current Employee) - Santa Barbara, CA - April 26, 2022
Great company to work for. The patients are always happy to come in, which is very different from my 22 other years in internal medicine. The work life balance is perfect, in medicine that's hard to find.
Pros
Great work environment.
Cons
None

Lots of opportunity to advance with this company!
Registered Nurse (RN) (Current Employee) - Scottsdale, AZ - April 26, 2022
I started working at Ageless Men's Health almost a year ago as an RN. I love everything about this job...my coworkers, the awesome patients you make connections with, the work/life balance (no weekends/holidays). They give you a huge opportunity to advance within the company if you work hard and show devotion! Some RNs have moved on to get their own clinics. There is also a new opportunity in which full time RNs who have been with the company for at least a year are eligible to be put through NP school by the company! If you are interested in applying, but are on the fence for any reason, it's nice because with each interview process you get to set up a job shadow to make sure it's a good fit for you! Typically, the day is fast paced. The work environment is easy-going and fun when you have a good team of clinicians and office managers. It's a great change of pace compared to bedside nursing. Taking care of healthy patients who genuinely want to improve their health and well-being makes me feel that I am making a difference as a nurse. I highly recommend working at Ageless :)
Pros
Non-bedside, fun environment, work-life balance
Cons
No "timed" lunch breaks

Great work environment
RN Staff Nurse (Current Employee) - Olive Branch, MS - April 26, 2022
Great place to work. Coming from a hospital where the company does not care about you to a clinic where it becomes a family was a great transition.

Fantastic Company with Lots of Room to Grow With it!
Credentialing Specialist (Current Employee) - Olive Branch, MS - April 26, 2022
I've been with Ageless Men's Health for a few years now and can honestly say that it is the best company I've ever worked for. Management is knowledgeable and there is no shortage of people to help when you run into snags. The ability to balance work and personal life is one of the biggest benefits, and the fast-paced, dynamic workplace makes the work day fly by.
