Up and coming Company; Lots of changes due to growth. Upper Management is very fair and progressive. They care about work and life balance.
Es una compañía muy competente y estable a nivel laboral y de buen servicio
Everyone was super nice and understanding. They helped me out a lot with flexible work hours. I really liked both my boss and supervisor as they made me feel at home. I worked in both remote and in the office and I can see that the management really did care about their employees. It was a great job! Would recommend.
The position of scheduling coordinator requires more training than is offered by the company. The pay & benefits are great, the working conditions are fair, but the program management is poor. Unrealistic quotas and demands, from people who have no idea how to achieve the results that are demanded/expected. Training was inadequate and rushed, in order to try to meet artificial deadlines. I'd not recommend this company, or specifically, the New Business Construction Liason (NBCL) team to anyone looking to spend more than a few months at it. For what it's worth, corporate, and upper management seem to have their stuff together, but are so busy, that perhaps they don't have enough visibility of the departments and teams multiple levels below them.
It's a good work environment over all but some of the bosses there are the kind of people that like to talk down to you then talk to you. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement but you do have to be a yes man.
