Not like it used to be
Agilent technology isn't a bad company to work for. Things have changed since it's biotek days. Not all for the better. The work atmosphere has become less enjoyable, more subdued and negative. People aren't so upbeat. Seems like everyone is a manager. Very top heavy. Quality has suffered. Pay isn't the greatest. New employees seem to make more then long term people.
