I was only at Agilis for a year but they are supportive of their people and do everything they can to support and train you. Compensation is okay but benefits are very good.

Does not stand behind loyal employees

I loved this company when I began working for them - it was my family away from home. Unfortunately, as the company grew, the new people brought in to the company did not have the same "family" values. They now don't care about the work environment of the employees, just the profit.

The company is small but good. The manager is nice. The coworkers suck. Thats why I quit. The actual product doesn't work that well for what its used for
