Good place to work. The corporate game playing was a little extreme. They were a good company to work for in the beginning but when the upper management were held accountable for their failures the name calling and finger pointing commenced. Good benefits and pay with plenty overtime.
at the time of joining Agility, there were no sales/ marketing department or a process. I had to start from scratch and build market awareness and build sales Team. after good work and results progress, I did not get the promised promotion
