Accounting Intern (Former Employee) – Elberta, UT – September 15, 2016
I loved working at AgReserve, Inc. Throughout my internship I learned about what type of manager I want one day end up working for and eventually become. My boss, the controller, was very good about mentoring me while at the same time letting me be proactive and learn on my own.
While at AgReserve, Inc. I learned the value of the finance department being able to get along well with the other departments and divisions of the company. The controller was very good at pushing back on the financial proposals of the division leaders while at the same time being able to foster an environment where there was collaboration instead of animosity.
Great learning environment, harmonious working environment.
Software and Web Developer (Current Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – March 16, 2015
I would research how to do something and work on code for a project and once in a while watch a youtube video to take a break. Hardest part of job is to learn something completely new on your own. Most enjoyable part of this job is having a task that I can do and learning new things to complete the task.
lunch once in a while
nothing for you to do if you want to take a break.
