You need to send the people you make managers to management class before they become managers. They are nasty and talk down to their workers. Also a lot of favoritism that goes on. Not a good company to work for they are cheap with the pay and no benefits. RUN

It’d be nice to get higher pay I always have to cover shifts because people quit it seems like y’all don’t know how to hire a good manager who actually cares for the staff.

Make your employees feel appreciated. Start doing more raises and bring back holiday pay. That’s where your turn around is. You have staff that work their Butts off and they start to feel unappreciated and that when your employees walk off the job. I have been with this company for over a year and seeing so many leave like that is a shame.

Take better care of employees and dont work them like animals. If the housekeepers all leave the hotel will fail. The harder you work them to the point of aching pain bodies the quality with go down in cleaning.

Staff appreciation. There is NONE! No sick days, no holiday pay, only PTO, raises are moved back 6 months, max precetages for them have dropped, and so has the company match to the 401k. You don't realize the staff is what puts money in your pocket. They are the face of these hotels and this company doesn't seem to care.

Take care of your STAFF they are the FACE of the HOTEL!! NOT the behind the scenes management!! WAKE UP!! I loved working there, but F/B manager was an idiot!!..Front desk O/N Audit guy sleeps on the job and they keep him! WOW! and nepotism is rampant!! FOOOD HANDLING VILOLATIONS by banquet staff are out of control B.T.W The dish sanitzer IS NOT A DISHWASHER!! I have pictures to prove my claims too. The Bistro staff uses it like it is .. even after I explained it to them!! Your sanitation sink is set up in the wWRONG ORDER!! YOU ARE KILL SOMEONE with botulism!! SERIULKSY CONCERNED HERE !
