All corporate personnel ( execs) are so disconnected and DO NOT CARE!!!!!run.
A horrible place to work! They treat you like a number and not a person. The management here does not care about you, they literally work you to death, and put so much physical demand on you that literally can be physically damaging to your body. The management breaks the rules sometimes and does not always practice what they preach. I used to work at the SpringHill Suites hotel as a Breakfast Attendent and it was physically demanding. There were a lot of times that the hotel would be sold out with 100% occupancy and there would be times where I would be left all by myself. There were times I would get help, but there were also times when I was left all alone to cater to all who were in need of assistance. I lost so much weight working here, and keep in mind I am alrighty a skinny person to begin with. Some of the employees there gossip a lot and speak in Spanish so you really do not know everything that they are saying about you, but you do know that they are talking about you. Management and fron t desk agents would also gossip too and at times were not always helpful except for this young guy who worked in the mornings, but the other front desk agents did not help enough like they should have. At times I felt discriminated against and felt it was time to move on to greener pastures. Don't work here! Learn from my experience.

Housekeeping. Physically painful, Fast pace, they only see you as a machine not a person.
Property based employees do not matter at all. Corporate is disconnected and uninterested in everything except suckering owners into signing management contracts with them. Horrible, awful, disgusting and degrading are a few words that come to mind when I think about the culture at Aimbridge.
Lackluster company. You are just a number not a person.
