Chemical Production Technician in Mount Bethel, PA
on July 18, 2022
One of the better jobs I’ve had. With the four day rotation it allows you to have more of a personal life. Pay was great, culture was ok. Management.. not so much. There’s a lack of accountability here, as well as equipment and materials. Do what you can! The trainers rush you through the training process, if you think you have 3 months before your board you actually have 1.

Pay isn’t competitive. The workload is okay but depends on where you are. Sometimes it is difficult to get something done due to the miscommunications.

Management is terrible and show extreme favoritism, also micromanagement is a problem. Pay is good, schedule is good, but that's about all that's good about this place. Management loves to do things that don't make any sense. Good place to get chemical experience, but that's about it.

It was an ok job. Didn't really matter if you did a bad job or a good job, raises were the same 1.5 - 2%. Typical benefits as most corporations nowadays.

Worked with an excellent team that provided motivational support and professionalism. Was only there as a temp, but was content from beginning to end.

It is important to have good experiences and references to be hired by Air Liquide. The company is pretty selective in their recruiting standards.
