Upper management, has favorites. try having a grace period i was terminated for attendance in which I asked for the time off an of course life happens with children. Was told I never called late line, "I did." My numbers were great, conference calls were always successful. Pay wasn't that great for everything that was required. Upper management was late because they don't clock in or out. Also, if you're a favorite of upper management you'll go farther then someone who's been employed for 5 years plus. Very unfair. Especially for those of us who went above an beyond for our patients.

Not having the proper tools such as software that didn't crash on a daily and always trying to rush a process instead of understanding that quality is better than quantity. Always being watched and being treated like lab rat's or like little kids that need to stay in their seats at all times. Leadership people that back stab you and use you to no end and don't give credit for idea's. Too Much like in High School...NOT is good environment to be in.
